The name “Umu,” meaning “born of nature,” reflects the restaurant’s dedication to delivering timeless Japanese cuisine that honours the natural world. Within just five months of opening, Umu earned its first Michelin star and has since maintained its prestigious reputation. Seating up to sixty-four guests, the restaurant offers an intimate dining experience, including exclusive tables for sushi, sake, and a private cellar.
